We understand a clients project needs and then assess the appropriate delivery model. This assessment is conducted using our Value Compass Methodology which analyzes a client engagement at three levels:

1. Relationship - Culture and trust manageability. We understand our client’s company culture, their business need and expectation and earn their trust over time based on successful client engagement and project delivery.

2. Engagement - Process and Methodology define the framework of the engagement and Costs, Quality and Schedule are the key performance metrics. The client engagement framework builds confidence and customer satisfaction and results in a stronger relationship

3. Project - Individual projects are a collaborative effort between the two teams and rely on both business and technical expertise between the team. Collaboration is very time sensitive so time zones becomes an important factor in success.

Each project area is weighted on project needs and available skills and aligned with the overall engagement framework. Based on this analysis we offer the appropriate delivery location or sometimes even a hybrid delivery model to our clients.
