   How we work ?
We follow our “value compass” methodology for successfully managing all our implementations. This manages the implementation at three levels- management (or relationship), engagement (or process) and operations (or project). Three dedicated but united teams work together to meet the goals at these different levels. They are:

  1. The Delivery team which operates out of our development center in India and Costa Rica and operates at the project level
  2. The Engagement team which ensures that the coordination between the client and the delivery team is working successfully
  3. The Audit team which manages all the performance metrics and all levels and reports directly to the stakeholders to report health at all levels. This team leans heavily on our Project Management Office (PMO) for process and methodology guidelines, best practices and service level agreements and balance scorecards to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of projects
